Description:
Title / Position: Mountain Adventure Park Assistant Manager
Position type: Seasonal, Full-time; Hourly, Exempt
Reports to: MAP Manager
Summary: Primary responsibility is assisting the MAP Manager in managing the park and leading daily operations of the Mountain Adventure Park (MAP), including staff management, safety and guest relations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the hiring, training, scheduling, and tracking of hours of employees working in the MAP
- Assist in the planning of set-up, operation, tear down, and maintenance of all rides
- Ensure all equipment is used properly and safely by both employees and guests
- Promote a safety plan for all activities
- Assist MAP Manager in staying within budget
- Maintain the proper reports and records for the different activities as needed
- Provide proper materials and supplies for daily operations
- Perform other duties throughout Bromley as assigned by management
