We are dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors, and our media production team plays a critical role in capturing and sharing the magic of our mountains.
The Mountain Production Lead is responsible for spearheading our media production team and managing all content assets from creation through to delivery and asset management. This pivotal role involves planning, directing, and coordinating all in-house content shoots, as well as overseeing the distribution and storage of final content.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing the media production team at Cardrona and Treble Cone, as well as coordinating our media talent pool to fulfill photo and video requirements. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating all in-house content shoots, and overseeing the distribution and storage of final content. Additionally, the Mountain Production Lead will support the overarching direction in storyboarding, scripting, concept development, and visual style guides. Collaboration with the Brand Marketing Manager is essential to align content production with marketing strategies and goals.

What are we looking for in you?

• Proven experience in production management and film/photography production, particularly in events and tourism.
• A strong passion for skiing and/or snowboarding.
• Experience in a commercial snow sports/alpine environment is a plus.
• Expertise in directing talent for video/photo shoots, including working with members of the public and athletes.
