WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

ACML is actively seeking a Mover located in Vancouver, BC whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assists the Lead Mover when the moving vehicle is driven to recycle centres, disposal centres, and dumps;
  • Coordinates with the Lead Mover and schedules work in advance of the requested date;
  • Coordinates with the Lead Mover and expedites urgent and short notice requests;
  • Ensures early morning room and equipment setups are completed in advance of the requested time;
  • Completes meeting room and furniture moves, setups, and resets to defined configurations;
  • Completes special client event tasks such as furniture moves, setups, and resets, etc.;
  • Performs light duties such as cleaning, garbage removal, and debris clean up;
  • Performs seasonal snow and ice removal at the client’s sites.
  • Assists the Building Operators and Journeyperson technicians when needed;
  • Disassembles furniture;
  • Moves large equipment on or off the client’s site;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
