Description:

As a Moving sales consultant, you initialize and manage relationships with customers. You will act as an account manager and serve as the point of contact and lead from initial outreach through to the final purchase.
In the position you will contribute to the rate requests that we receive from agents within and outside of our organization. Following bookings, you will act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the process until completion. You will be responsible for existing accounts, growing them, and prospecting new ones regularly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customers from survey to final booking
  • Provide origin/destination rates to agents
  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost topline revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Present, promote, and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Education/Experience

  • Proven work experience in the moving sector or good knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of operating IT systems to support position
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
