Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in your work? If so, this is the role for you! We are seeking a reliable Mower Operators to join our Auckland team, on a permanent, full-time basis (40 hours per week).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, we would love someone who has experience with a range of small plant or ride-on mowers, however, this is not a must. As long as you are a hard worker, with a passion for working outdoors and getting stuck in then you would be a perfect candidate. Other success factors include:

• A full, current driver’s license with the ability to drive a manual - even better if you have a class 2
• Ability to tow and reverse trailers
• Enjoy working outside and get great satisfaction from a job well done
• Strong communication skills as liaising with the client may be required
• Physically fit and able as the role doesn’t just mean you sit on your mower all day!
• Basic computer skills will be beneficial
• A commitment to upholding our company’s Health and Safety policies
• A positive, can-do attitude, that shows a willingness to learn and grow

Reporting to the Team Manager and working closely alongside other individuals, you will be responsible for mowing and edging over multiple sites across our Trust Management contract. The contract includes general aspects of mowing and edging work at commercial and residential sites based in Central and South Auckland. Some of these sites are extremely high profile and require weekly mowing. You also may at times be required to help with gardening tasks at certain locations under the supervision of a qualified horticulturalist.
