As part of our commitment to upkeeping the Lakes District, we are looking for a Mower Operator to join our awesome Wanaka team!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, we would love someone who has experience with a range of ride-on mowers, however, this is not a must. As long as you are a hard worker, with a passion for working outdoors and getting stuck in then you would be a perfect candidate. Other success factors include:

• A full, current driver license with the ability to drive a manual is essential - even better if you have a class 2!
• Enjoy working outside and get great satisfaction from a job well done
• Physically fit and able as the role doesn’t just mean you sit on your mower all day!
• Basic computer skills will be beneficial
• A commitment to upholding our company’s Health and Safety policies
• A positive, can-do attitude, that shows a willingness to learn and grow

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who (and we will train you if you are not an expert) will be responsible for general parks and grounds maintenance including mowing, weed eating, basic mechanical upkeep of your equipment and overall ensuring the grounds you look after are all ways well presented. This role plays a vital part in the upkeep of our community, making you an invaluable asset to our team!
