Responsibilities:
- Attending to administration tasks for the MPS Team
- Following up and resolving any outstanding business, within determined time frames, resulting from incoming calls
- Promoting cooperative team spirit with colleagues
- Ensuring response times are maintained as per the service level agreement
- Proactively initiate changes, which assist MAS to effectively meet MPS member needs
- Undertaking any other tasks from time to time as determined by the MPS Team Leader for the smooth operation of the MPS Tea
