Boeing is seeking an experienced remote pilot to develop MQ-25 training material and conduct training for the US Navy in support of the MQ-25 Development Program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• 5+ years of remote operator experience in a military environment.
• 5+ years’ experience with Navy Flight Operations.
• An understanding of US Navy maintenance concepts and procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• Courseware development and Instructor experience

• Develops technical proposals for high performance aircrew training.
• Determines customer requirements and develops training courses and materials to satisfy requirements.
• Teaches developed courses using a variety of media and training devices.
• Assesses participant learning and adjusts presentation to ensure successful understanding by all students.
• Mentors other team members.
• Works under minimal direction.
