We have an exciting opportunity for several Aerospace MRB Design Engineers to work within our ever expanding MRB Team at our Expleo offices, with the opportunity of working remotely from home.
If you are passionate about MRB Engineering (Aircraft Repair) and you want to be part of a proactive, reactive, fast paced, exciting, customer focused and efficient MRB Engineering Team then we want to hear from you. You will report to Technical Authority for Design & the Unit Delivery Leader for MRB.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out design analysis and creating design dispositions for assembly manufacturing non-conformances, assessing different repair scenarios for fit, form and function.
- Processing detail and sub assembly concessions from risk sharing partners and Final Assembly Lines.
- Ability to identify the most efficient methods for analysis whilst ensuring adherence to relevant airworthiness and customer procedural requirements.
- Able to liaise with multiple functions/suppliers (e.g. Design/Stress approvers) to ensure most appropriate design solution is met with consideration to cost, time, performance and installation requirements.
- Ability to explain and escalate critical issues and an ability to mentor others
Essential skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
