Overview
Compass Associates are excited to be working with a leading private surgical hospital in Nottingham, on the search for their next General Radiographer to join the team. The imaging department has received a high amount of recent investment; boasting new scanners and a new screening room.
This private hospital is a recognised specialist in a range of disciplines. This includes orthopaedics, oncology, cardiology, general and ophthalmology. Their imaging services includes general radiography, fluoroscopy, cardiac catheter labs, ultrasound, MRI and CT.

The Role / Candidate
This position is open to both experienced and newly qualified general radiographers, the main thing being you are passionate about imaging and learning – this is an environment where your growth will be facilitated and further modality training will be provided.
You will immediately begin a training pathway in CT, offering you the opportunity to fast track your development as a radiographer. You will latterly be trained in MRI, further enhancing your skill set.
You will be provided all the tools and support from management, to positively progress in your clinical career.
The department work closely with local professional sports teams, offering a unique element to this role by providing an insight into elite level sport and meeting the demands required for success.
Minimum Requirements
– DCR or BSc in Diagnostic Radiography
– HCPC Registration
– Knowledge of current protocols and legislation
– Experience using a broad range of imaging systems
Salary & Benefits
There is a salary on offer of up to £39.3K pa, which is highly dependent upon skills and experience.
