QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program or MRI Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor degree program
• Licensure/Certifications:
• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT 1 Advanced registry (MRI)- working in the area.
• BLS Basic Life Support
• Other Skills & Knowledge:
• IV Insertion
• Technical skill in medical scanning, understanding of cross sectional anatomy, and 3-D knowledge. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements:
• Manipulating equipment, lifting, moving, and transporting patients.
• Continual standing or walking.
• Adapt to stressful situations. Equipment Used:
• Should be proficient in the use of MRI Scanners, Power Injectors, workstations and Computers.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor degree
