Description:
OUR EXCITING OPPORTUNITY
We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical degree (IT, Telecom)
- SQL /PLSQL - fundamentals
- Unix/Linux OS basic command line experience entry level
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations

Responsibilities:
- Performing continuous service, status, and performance monitoring to proactively detect possible failures and act upon them to ensure 1st level restauration and recovery.
- Daily preventive checks on the Business Support systems.
- Daily reports
- Monitoring and primary analysis of daily/monthly flows, processes, and alarms.
- Check availability of the applications. Act upon when issues occur in a timely manner.
- Analyze and solve standard problems and events in the area of work area based on the existing procedures and in case the procedures are missing or are incomplete notify the proper BackOffice
- Incidents lifecycle
- Ticket handling
