• Support the team and the Delivery Lead to ensure that project quality meets standards
• Customisations
• Propose system solutions based on captured requirements and documentation of functional designs
• Provide functional support for system go-live phase, handle and resolve functional support cases
• Manage partnerships with cross-functional team to ensure consistent, positive client interaction – We need someone who is client facing, able to articulate him/ herself well and who is able to offer proactive feedback & communication to the client.
