We are seeking a detail orientated D365 CRM Solutions Architect join our Sydney office. Are you someone who prides themselves on outstanding delivery capability and stakeholder engagement skills, we need someone who can help us to deliver on our customer commitment to excellence.
Your collaborative and consultative nature will help you align with key project stakeholders to define and establish the project goals and success criteria that you will be measured on. With your strong communication, planning and influencing skills you will tenaciously oversee deliverables, foreseeing, identifying and resolving risks and issues and reporting accordingly with project stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, integrated solutions focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and the technical team to deliver superb solutions that meet business requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and API.
- Proficient in .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Azure services is a plus.
- A flair for delivering large scale, complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects
- Exemplary communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Operate in a well-structured, methodical manner, including detailed project planning and commercial reporting.
- Driving a team and good leadership skills are required to take things to the next level at Wild Tech

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development) on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions, utilising best practices and design patterns.
- Perform hands-on coding when necessary and create prototypes to prove out solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive solution architecture documents and technical specifications.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the design and development align with the architecture and business requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers to ensure high quality.
- Lead technical meetings and workshops with stakeholders, project teams, and clients.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, test, and production environments.
