The successful applicant will be fully supported by the clinical team leads and we have a varied skill mix within the team. You will be expected to participate with the in-service training programme & the supervision of students & junior staff We have a structured in-service training programme, regular clinical supervision, mentoring and peer support. We are committed to CPD and promoting evidence-based practice and a high standard of care throughout the service To manage a personal caseload using specialist physiotherapeutic assessment for patients who may have complex and diverse presentations, determine clinical diagnosis and plan appropriate management and treatment using specialist clinical reasoning skills and a wide range of therapeutic techniques To assist clinical triage of patients with complex conditions as required To be a specialist practitioner and act as a role model to staff to empower and develop more junior team members skill
