  • Strong people management experience, providing hands-on expertise in Mule 4
  • Experience with API code peer reviews within an API development team and seeking feedback and guidance from the Core Team.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Cognizant is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Technical Lead to join one of our well-established insurance clients. As a key team member, you’ll have the opportunity to partner with the client and set the technical direction for the team. This Sydney based client-facing role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of our implementation and enterprise platform services team.
Your responsibilities will include leading technical initiatives, collaborating with our highly skilled enterprise platform services team, providing hands-on expertise in Mule 4 integrations, and managing and mentoring a team.

IN YOUR FIRST FEW WEEKS IN THIS TECHNICAL LEAD ROLE, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

  • Lead technical initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with Customer SMEs to define To Be Business Processes
  • Prepare functional specifications
  • Act as the point of contact for the Client for functional aspects and act as a bridge between the offshore team and the Client
  • Support API architect to design and develop the Common Service frameworks.
