    Roles & Responsibilities:
     Be client facing and drive as-is process workshops and propose to-be process vision
     Identify and document automation opportunities and capture testing scenarios & enablers and articulate them to the client for further analysis and documentation
     Collaborate with project team and support test planning and working on UAT with the client
     Participate in workshops with client SMEs to understand the end to end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
     Calculate automation efforts and estimate FTE benefit, Present and document summary of findings to the client
     Support weekly due diligence updates with the client
     Understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process
     Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
     Monitor the benefits realized as part of the delivery and recommend optimizations to improve automation efficiencies

Skills

  • Business process related experience: at least 2 years
  • Basic knowledge on ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure in changing environment and demanding deadlines
  • Innovation focus & process transformation approach
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
  • Knowledge of Automation and RPA technology
  • Lean/Six Sigma awareness
  • Experience in client facing roles: workshop facilitation
