Roles & Responsibilities:
Be client facing and drive as-is process workshops and propose to-be process vision
Identify and document automation opportunities and capture testing scenarios & enablers and articulate them to the client for further analysis and documentation
Collaborate with project team and support test planning and working on UAT with the client
Participate in workshops with client SMEs to understand the end to end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
Calculate automation efforts and estimate FTE benefit, Present and document summary of findings to the client
Support weekly due diligence updates with the client
Understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process
Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
Monitor the benefits realized as part of the delivery and recommend optimizations to improve automation efficiencies
Skills
- Business process related experience: at least 2 years
- Basic knowledge on ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in changing environment and demanding deadlines
- Innovation focus & process transformation approach
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Knowledge of Automation and RPA technology
- Lean/Six Sigma awareness
