High-street cut-price labels were how we started the business (with our first store in Keighley) and still form a part of our range today.
We currently have an opportunity for a Multi-Site Store Manager in South Wales. As a Multi-Site Store Manager you will report into the Regional Business Development Manager and lead circa 10 stores in the region, this is an exciting and challenging opportunity as no two days are the same. You will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and management of all retail business activities across multiple stores in your region.
This is a perfect opportunity to make an impact and play a pivotal role highlighting potential business opportunities to drive your region forward. This is a field-based role and will include regular travel across the UK, however you must be based in South Wales.
Responsibilities:
- Building high performance teams through effective recruitment, induction, training and development.
- Inspiring more customers through various channels in aim to build sales.
- Championing service excellence – ensuring it is positively communicated and that the customer is at the heart of every decision made.
- Motivating and managing your team to exceed targets.
- Maintaining excellent standards in all areas of operational activity in stores & teams.
- Awareness of local competition, and identification of product opportunities on an on-going basis and feedback to Line Manager.
- Reviewing under performing stores and develop strategies to address performance.
- Cost management.
