WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Completing planned work for the respective PPM schedules, ensuring work is completed to detailed standard and legislative guidelines with faults reported accordingly.
• Carry out problem solving works.
• Escorting of sub-contractors around site.
• Completion of planned and reactive maintenance work.
• Ensure records are kept up to date.
• Good communication with team members.
• To assist the management team with replenishing materials for stock replacement.
• To be adaptable to change and new technology.
• To comply with all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Adapt a can do approach to all tasks.
• Carry out routine testing of fire alarm and sprinkler testing.
• Carry out minor plumbing works.
• Carry out legionella testing and keep accurate records.
