Description
SAIC is currently hiring a Multidomain Intelligence Analyst to support the staffing, coordination and implementation for the Army National Guard (ARNG) G2 Intelligence Modernization (IMOD) Plan for ARNG G2, National Guard Bureau, the 54, in support of Multidomain Operations (MDO) and Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO). This is an onsite position at the Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC), Arlington, VA.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors degree and fifteen (15) years or more experience; Masters degree and thirteen (13) years of experience.
  • More than 15 years of Military Intelligence experience.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Expert knowledge in 1 MI discipline, familiarity with all MI disciples including All Source/ Fusion, CI/HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT, Cyber and Information Operations.
  • Familiarity with Intelligence support to operations for COMPOs 1, 2, and 3.
  • Familiarity with knowledge, understanding, and execution of ARNG and TARC governance forums and staffing processes, such as Army Synchronization Management-Guard (ASM-G).
  • 2+ years’ experience successfully staffing within internal and cross-staff coordination, as well as with key Intelligence stakeholders in the National Capital Region, such as HQDA G2 and Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).
  • Familiarity with ARNG Staffing tools and processes a positive.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the ARNG G2 and ARNG Deputy G2 for frequent leadership and strategic discussions throughout the day regarding the integration of ARNG G2 programs, projects, and work in support of the 54 states and territories.
  • Provide support to ARNG G2 for the integration and implementation of the Intelligence Modernization (IMOD) Plan, coordinating with leaders and representatives from HQDA G2, INSCOM, ICOE and the 54 on all matters pertaining to intelligence MAN, TRAIN, and EQUIP, as well as security operations in support of the Army Intelligence Modernization Strategy (AIMS).
  • Networking and staffing throughout TARC, fellow directorates, as well as ARNG and NGB senior leadership’s staffs at the unclassified and classified levels.
  • Integrate and advise ARNG G2 Senior Leadership in Army decision-making forums pertaining to the IMOD plan.
  • Interact with command leadership, prepare and brief accurate products in a timely and succinct manner.
  • Perform short and long-term strategic planning and forecasting, requirements determination reviews, Force Design Update (FDU) analysis, improve current processes and change management.
  • Present and coordinate with Army senior leaders at the General Officer and Senior Executive Servant (SES) level.
