QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Qualification in Multimedia Design
• Experience in MAC OS platform
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative suite
• Motion graphics and illustration skills; UX/UI and Front-end web developing skills (WordPress, HTML, and CSS) 3D modelling, and animation
• Sound understanding of design fundamentals
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and technical skills
• Troubleshooting ability
• Multimedia portfolio of work

• Determine the objectives and constraints of a digital design brief against the desired deliverables and the specifications required for publishing multimedia content online
• Create and develop high-quality promotional artwork including but not limited to digital and online advertising, signage, logos, web and email banners, presentations, and digital marketing assets
• Think outside the box to create memorable and engaging campaigns that reflect the Campaign Edge Sprout brand and the innovative product offerings
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients through successfully expanding the Campaign Edge Sprout brand and multimedia product offering into existing accounts
• Interpret client briefs to create unique digital consolidated and seamless multimedia applications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist with timeline management of individual briefs, ensuring key milestones are met
• Work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team, whilst maintaining brand consistency across a significant number of multimedia assets
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and multimedia design trends
• Work across special projects and liaise with other internal and external teams as required
• Implementation of Campaign Edge Sprout’s existing brand guidelines
• Utilise an online job tracking system (Streamtime) accurately for billing purposes
• Manage assigned projects from initial client briefing through to project completion
• Develop creative concepts and design/layout projects in line with client requirements
• Prepare projects for production and liaise with sub-contractors when required
• Liaise and maintain excellent working relations with sub-contractors
• Attend client meetings when required and maintain excellent customer service. Complete job schedulesaccurately for billing purposes, including detailed information on project components (e.g. couriers,stock photo usage, colour copies)
• Complete jobs within quoted hours (liaise with Account Managers before exceeding quoted jobs)
• Maintain computer equipment (hardware and software)
• Maintain computer filing system on the server as per filing procedure
• Regularly backup completed work as per the backup procedure
• Attend weekly production meeting (Mondays 8.30 am) with personnel work status report
• Maintain neat work area and wider office facilities (including nightly lock-up)
• Assist in general office administration when required.
