WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently seeking exceptional and committed individuals with the ability to solve complex problems in a creative way. Successful candidates typically possess outstanding academic achievements, are comfortable with quantitative analysis, have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, relevant professional experience, and notable extracurricular interests. Fluency in another European language is considered an asset.
We are looking for a sense of intellectual curiosity that will inspire you to develop a deep understanding of any client situation, and to generate innovative answers to complex questions. We want people with the ability to think in logical, structured ways, together with the creativity to look beyond the obvious. We recruit from a wide range of disciplines in both the arts and sciences, and do not require existing technical skills – just a strong desire to learn.
Our people work together in teams, so we look for those who can collaborate and communicate well. We look for those who will make an impact by being proactive and taking ownership of their work with energy and enthusiasm.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EXCHANGE PROGRAMME

L.E.K. offers you the opportunity to swap to one of our global offices for six months. This is a popular way to experience a different business environment, gain exposure to new industries and specialisms and experience a different culture. In addition, you will often work with colleagues from other offices, on projects with an international scope.

Our start date is going to be end of October 2024.
Please upload your application documents (cover letter, CV, references) on our career site.
After completing the online application process, selected candidates will be contacted by our Recruitment Team and invited to a numerical reasoning test followed by a series of interviews.
