REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience in commercial engineering with experience with commercial office, healthcare, retail, hospitality, multifamily and government project is a must.
• Must be a Registered/Licensed Engineer with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent portfolio of previous works.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience using Revit Architecture 2016 or higher.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to put together life safety, CD’s, SD’s, DD’s, and Custom Detailing.
• Self-directed, disciplined and dedicated to each project from start to completion.
• Can work within US Business Hours.
• Equipment:
• i5 or higher with at least 8GB DDR4 RAM (better if i7 latest generation/version)
• Hard Drive: 512 SSD (better if 1TB) with at least 250 GB free up space
• Video Card: GTX/RTX 4GB 3050Ti (better if 6GB 3060)
• OS: Windows 10 and higher
• Internet Connection:
• At least 25MBPS Download and 10MBPS Upload
• Must be familiar in using design software/s such as: (Bonus if you have experience with)
• Tekla
• MatchCAD
• Visual VBA

We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer (Structural Design) with Revit Structure Experience. Has Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Residential, Multifamily, Hospitality, Retail, and Government project experience. Must also be proficient with Revit. You will be working with US based Licensed Engineers, responsible for creating drawings, specifications, perform calculations, reports and evaluations for a variety of commercial engineering projects. Must be able to understand and apply local codes and regulations. The goal is to provide engineered drawings from start to finish in Revit.

Responsibilities:

• Produce Engineered Drawings from Concept to Completion
• Provide detailing and redlining for design team and client
• Collaborate with team
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, engineers and constructors
• Research and apply the applicable codes on a project-by-project basis
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
• Capable of doing research missing information/details/specifications for product, building systems, details and architectural type.
• Generate Revit models to share with project team
• Generate PDFs for review and redline as required to keep the project moving forward at a regular interval.
• Ability to manage, update progress, answer questions, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
