Job Description

1. ESTABLISH SALES STRATEGY AND SOURCE, QUALIFY & SIGN NEW ARTISTS AND LABELS

• Evaluate and establish contacts with potential labels/artists
• Participation in the negotiation and signing of partnerships with customers and proposal of best deal structure
• Analyse and track digital streaming performance, in-app placements and other related business processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record in sales and effective negotiation skills
• Deep knowledge of the indie artists landscape
• Solid network in the music industry
• Passionate about technology, data and artists development
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa (in order to liaise with different clientele)
