MyChoice Mortgage Consultant - MyChoice Home Loans - NSW

In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be act as a mortgage broker for customers looking to build a new home with the building companies within NEX Building Group. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside other team members including Display Homes Sales Consultants to introduce MyChoice Home Loans to customers across McDonald Jones Homes and Mojo Homes, as well as other referral partners
• Following up on qualified mortgage enquiries for customers building with McDonald Jones Homes and Mojo Homes
• Providing credit advice and prepare mortgage applications for submission for loan approval
• Maintaining accurate record keeping within Mortgageport CRM and adherence to NCCP and other relevant regulatory requirements
• Responsible for meeting sales budgets with the customers objectives in mind
• Maintain a high level of compliance

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MyChoice Home Loans and NEX Building Group along with:

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking required
• Experience in Mortgage Lending within a Bank or Mortgage Broking business essential
• Motivated, Energetic team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to understand Financial documents, including tax returns and business financial statements
• Customer focus, with the ability to overcome objections, influence and negotiate outcomes
• Good time management. Well organized and able to completes tasks in a timely, methodical manner
