Ndevr is an IT consulting company servicing customers with ERP installations, Development and IT and business consulting across many varied industries. They sell and implement MYOB Advanced, NetSuite and Oracle applications and provide ongoing services to these customers.
They are looking for an experienced MYOB Advanced Payroll Solutions Consultant to join their organisation to partner with clients to understand their business problems, design the best possible solution and then work on the solution through to go live.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position requires a high level of customer focus and business understanding.
You will be required to provide implementation and configuration solutions across the MYOB Advanced Payroll (People) application and, as such, previous experience with MYOB Advanced Payroll is required. A minimum of 5 years working knowledge of payroll systems is preferable.
Working with the Ndevr Business Development Manager you will also be required to assist in pre-sales activity to produce proposals to clients.
- Take part in initial discussions with Prospective Clients to gather information and requirements for product demonstration in Presales stage.
- Product Demonstrations to Prospective Clients
- Provide estimates of time for tasks for proposals
- Take part in implementations at a configuration specialist level or a Team Lead level covering Analysis, design, configuration, detailed functional specifications if modifications are required, testing, training, support
- Take part in process improvement analysis on client sites
- Management of client expectations
- Facilitate workshops to drive effective outcomes
- Providing guidance to development and implementation team members through to completion of the business initiative
- Provide application support via structured helpdesk approach
