Description:
Position: Admin cum Account Role
Salary Package: RM2,800 to RM3,000
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
- Conduct daily result announcements in group chat.
- Manage the onboarding process for new business partners, including issuing service contracts, assigning emails, and updating partner information.
- Handle payment tasks such as issuing vouchers, verifying payments, and updating collections data.
- Process invoices and maintain invoice records.
- Calculate business partner commissions using designated tools.
- Coordinate with the accounting department and handle JTK forms.
- Provide operational support to the supervisor when required.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with using Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Attention to detail, particularly when handling numerical data.
- Willingness and capacity to learn and adapt to specialized tools necessary for the role.
