YOUR SKILLS

  • Ideally you have 3 years sales experience in the FMCG industry. Experience in account/field sales management preferred
  • A passion for brands and a consumer centric mindset that puts the consumer at the heart
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Excellent planning and organisational capabilities that drive brand performance
  • Proven analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Office Software, SAP

Responsibilities:

  • Execution on promotional and activation initiatives to support the National Business Team to implement annual Business Plans, including e-commerce for Foodstuffs
  • Account Planning: work with the National Business Team to implement short and long-term collaborative business plans, covering both internal, in terms of account strategy and reporting against KPI’s and externally in terms of customer meetings/reviews and product sell in
  • Category Analysis: use category data through effective collaboration with the Category Management and Customer Marketing teams to provide monthly insights to field team to assist in sales objectives
  • Forecasting: submit sales forecast along with the assumptions for sign off at monthly demand review meetings so that forecast accuracy benchmarks are achieved
  • Effectively communicate with all business functions and external customers. Champion communication to Representatives quarterly promotional program and loading of instore activity with customer services
  • Support with Category reviews preparation, analysis and forecast
