Seeking an exceptional, experienced National Account Manager to manage a portfolio of National Accounts in Ireland.

You have

  • Relationships - Ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Results - Drive for results. Building selling propositions. Strategic thinking skills.
  • Negotiation - Strong negotiation ski lls & a collaborative approach to customer relationships, someone who looks for a win-win opportunities with our retail partners.
  • Strong Communication skills – written and verbal and excellent presentation skills, with attention to detail for creating sound commercial arguments.
  • Strong influencing skills – Able to influence and inspire any audience, you will be required to demonstrate thought leadership as well as to drive execution.
  • Strong analytical skills including advanced competency with Microsoft office programs. Highly numerate. Knowledge of customer expectations and brands. Analysis of ROI on investments.
  • Agility - Ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-player - Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure retailer success and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate - Creativity and passion to develop the brands with a Medical First focus. A strong sensitivity to the dermatological skincare market, with a keenness to develop understanding for the different category dynamics, upcoming trends in this field and the latest competitor activity.
