Description:
MARKETING:
- Provide input into the positioning of our Multiple Myeloma portfolio
- Support the Core Value Team in strategy and tactical plan development
- Develop key opinion leaders to strengthen J&J IM’s leadership in Haematology
- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate the progress of projects, seeking ways for ongoing improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid understanding of the industry and an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Applying analytical skills to drive informed decision-making
- Customer-centric and externally focused
- Effective collaboration with external and internal networks through personal and digital channels
- Accountability and excellence in execution
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing
- Understanding of the healthcare environment and the pharmaceutical industry
- Preferred ABPI qualification
Responsibilities:
HYBRID ROLE – 6 MONTHS PAYOR/MARKETING ROLE TO DEVELOP INTO A NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT POSITION. AS SUCH THERE WILL BE FLEXIBILITY ON SALES/MARKETING PROFILES CONSIDERED.
