HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
- Inventory Management: Specialist is responsible for QPS inputs and updates as well as the creation and maintenance of policy documents. Ability to handle complex state, legal and contractual issues is needed when working on these important documents.
- Relationship Management: Support internal partners to ensure client requirements are met.
- Process Improvement: The complexity of the contract setup and administration process requires the Specialist and team to constantly be looking for system, procedural and training opportunities.
- Training and Documentation: Utilizing resources and technology to assist team with knowledge and training needs.
- When required participate in testing in QAR environment for any Product releases or State Regulation updates
- Understand and follow Special Language protocols. Continue to develop knowledge base of true special language versus system work around.
