Description:
MOBILITY NEEDS YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or a minimum 3 years of relevant work in contracts management and Sales
- Experience in the construction industry or capital infrastructure sales is desirable, but not essential
- Experience working with SAP, contract management systems and document management systems is desirable
- Ability to analyze and manage large amounts of data for customer reporting
- Attention to detail and must have the business maturity to communicate effectively with key customers and internal departments
- Proficient in MS Office
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization: Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of activities and changing priorities

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer contract addendums ensuring information provided is correct and contract addendums are properly filed once executed with the Legal & Compliance Department.
- Monitor National & Key Accounts performance by preparing, analyzing and presenting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Assist the Sales & Legal & Compliance department with the preparation of Request For Proposals (RFPs) & tenders
- Attend National Account meetings to assist with note taking, account receivables and providing general updates.
- Communicate with the branches across Canada on accounts, working with Account Managers and Regional Operation Managers regarding accounts to help resolve customer concerns and address gaps in service delivery.
- Manager the National Accounts platform analyzing and checking work order status, monitoring and reporting on technician check arrival and departure times.
- Run reports from SAP and collate data for internal and external customer meetings.
- Manage National Account customer ad hoc requests.
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external customer presentations
