Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced administrative professional who is looking to progress their career in this key support role. Working closely with the Managing Director and the Franchisee’s, this role will provide legal administration, office management and finance administration support to the national business.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about all facets of legal and finance administration and must be process driven and service orientated.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Preparation of all legal documentation required for the renewal of existing Franchise Agreements within the network.
  • Preparation of all documentation for prospective Franchisees that join the PRD network, including initial compliance with ACCC requirements.
  • Maintaining and keeping up to date National Franchise Register.
  • Maintain local office admin budgets and expenditure to ensure all controllable costs are within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Oversee invoicing for franchise fees, technology fees and other invoices for the network.
  • Ensure budget and financial spreadsheets are always maintained and kept up to date.
    Qualifications

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Exceptional communications and organisational skills, ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a paralegal or senior legal secretary.
  • Understanding of Franchise Code and legal requirements
  • Skill and experience in preparing and proofreading documents, including spelling and grammar, high level attention to detail
  • Able to work unsupervised but also be a good team player.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
  • Willingness to take a proactive approach to general office duties
  • Certificate III in Business Administration
