THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a National Business Development Manager with a passion for the hotel industry to step into this newly created role. With a focus on developing relationships, we are looking for a go getter who thrives in business development within the hotel industry.
You must be an active listener and conversationalist, with a passion for building sales opportunities for our Company. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders is a must.
You will be reporting to and working closely with the CEO, with a laser focus on growing the company. This is a national role with regular interstate travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Business development and client engagement
- Prospecting and acquiring new opportunities to expand an already significant pipeline
- Active on social media engagement to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Managing the CRM database
- Managing all tenders
- Facilitating client meetings
