Due to growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a National Corporate and Fleet Manager to join our diverse and agile team. The National Corporate and Fleet Manager will drive the success of our automotive sales division, with a primary focus on managing and expanding our corporate and fleet sales capabilities at a national level.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fleet sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Work with our existing dealership teams to create a high-performing national network of corporate and fleet consultants.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key fleet clients, including corporate entities and government organizations.
  • In conjunction with the General Manager - Sales, create , implement, and manage the Fleet Sales strategy incorporating regular market analysis identifying market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Implement metrics and reporting systems to track and analyse fleet sales performance. Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

To be successful in this role you must offer the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on fleet sales management.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
