ABOUT THE ROLE

As the National Engineering Manager you will:

• Provide support and mentoring to the Sales and Engineering team nationally
• Identify and specify the appropriate materials, components, and suppliers needed for product construction, ensuring considerations for cost, quality, and availability.
• Conduct and review detailed engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to verify the design’s integrity, structural soundness, and performance characteristics.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure the design intent is effectively integrated into production processes, addressing any design-related issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with suppliers and OEMs to develop and optimize fabrication processes, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

• Tertiary Engineering qualifications
• RPEQ or CPEng is ESSENTIAL
• Must have practical seismic experience in Australia
• Systems improvements and streamlining processes
