Description:

  • Help us on our mission to Enchant the World with Chocolate!
  • Innovators wanted to explore strategies and solutions to enhance the Lindt Brand
  • Bring your passion for systems and continuous improvement to support our best-in-class in-store execution
Welcome to the world of Lindt - where our rich and diverse culture embraces change while cherishing our history. At Lindt, we believe that excellence lies within each and every one of our employees. That’s why we’ve created a one-of-a-kind environment where our team members can take risks, challenge the norm, and help build the Lindt brand for generations to come.
With a team of over 500 talented individuals, we’re on a mission to Enchant the World with the Chocolate. We’re searching for imaginative thinkers who can recognise opportunities, generate innovative ideas, and build strong relationships with our consumers and customers. Whether you’re dreaming up new product concepts, refining our marketing strategy, or helping us connect with chocolate lovers around the globe, you’ll play an integral role in our mission to make the world a sweeter place.

Responsibilities:

We are on the hunt for a National Field Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in connecting our account and marketing strategies to the National Field Team, via the Field Sales System.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for continuously developing the Field Sales System and reporting portals to ensure in-store data and insights capture is effective and efficient. You’ll play a key role in ensuring new software and program updates are tested and successfully implemented, for the existing and new CRM systems. This will see you identify, develop, and implement automation and self-serve solutions, including BOTs, AI, and auto reporting.
We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about collaboration and innovation to drive continuous improvement and effective user adoption, through the teaching and coaching of users.
This role is also responsible for supporting the National Field Team with planning, reporting, general coordination, stakeholder management, and administrative support to ensure streamlining of processes and optimisation of company resources.
