THE MONDAY GROUP have been exclusively retained on a Food Safety & Quality Specialist assignment for a leading infrastructure services provider.
The role will provide technical support to Commercial Operations and Hospitality and Catering, which spans 22 locations and delivers over 300,000 meals per month.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising all HACCP/Food safety training pertaining to Living Services activities
- Guaranteeing adherence to legal and regulatory standards across all states.
- Verifying that all personnel are adequately trained and proficient in meeting HACCP requirements.
- Conducting thorough investigations, analysis, and reporting of customer complaints, including food safety incidents and supplier non-conformities.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in food safety through sustainable practices.
- Ensuring supplier compliance through audits and comprehensive reviews of production facilities.
