JOB ADVERT SUMMARY
Eduvos is is looking to employ the services of a National Lead: Talent Acquisition and Selection to be based at any of our National campuses on a permanent basis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- A Honours degree in the field of HR / Psychology or relevant field
- Registration as a Psychomotrist or Industrial Psychologist will be preferable
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- At least five yeras talent aquisition and selection experience with a proven track record of meeting client expectations
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To manage the operational implementation of the talent acquisition and selection process in Eduvos, thereby enabling the business to timeously source and appoint suitable candidates to meet their people capacity requirements.
