In this newly created role, we are seeking a creative and strategic National Organisational Development Manager to join our high performing People and Culture team. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose OD initiatives with a view to continuously improve our People Experience at Komatsu.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Overall management of the Komatsu Talent Management Strategy.
  • Develop a best-in-class Leadership Architecture and Mentoring Program to support our Career Framework and embed our expected behaviours.
  • Utilise continuous listening data to improve existing OD processes and implement new initiatives that align with company objectives and enhance overall performance.
  • Being the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Recruitment, Learning and Succession Modules.

ROLE LOCATED: SYDNEY. WE ARE OPEN TO CANDIDATES NEAR ANY OF OUR LOCATIONS WITHIN AUSTRALIA (BRISBANE OR PERTH).
