Responsibilities:

You will work in a great team environment and be responsible for developing and delivering the following:

Customer

  • Working with the Senior Manager, Partnerships to develop account plans for our corporate partners
  • Implement a corporate partner visitation schedule with a focus on value for both partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with planning and/or delivery of partner communications inclusive of process, product, or technology enhancements.
  • Actively manage partner escalations inclusive of service, underwriting or claims matters.
  • Ensure corporate partner risk profile information is managed and maintained in accordance with company guidelines.

Relationships

  • Establish and develop strong relationships with key business partners.
  • Gain a strong understanding of internal business priorities by building a close rapport with key stakeholders inclusive of the Claims, SME and Commercial Underwriting teams.
  • Represent QBE’s interests with internal and external stakeholders through support and participation in industry and corporate events.

Strategic

  • Use Data and Analytics tools to help with performance management and decisions for strategic growth and retention.
  • Identify new business growth opportunities and multi-line cross-sells to maximise penetration of client base and improve product density within negotiated product lines.
  • Review sales metrics for online products and develop action plans to promote growth and/or address performance trends within assigned panel.
  • Maintain Salesforce (CRM tool) inclusive of all engagement activity and updated key contact information.
  • Execution of corporate partner plans focused on profitable growth, retention, and partner value.
  • Collate and share relevant market and competitor intelligence for consideration when developing future strategy.
