SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Specialised Organisational Development and HR Generalist positions;
- Extensive experience across performance, culture/engagement, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, organisation design, remuneration and talent management/ succession planning, with deep expertise across at least two of these;
- Highly capable of complex analysis, leveraging HR metrics from multiple platforms, drawing insights from data and information and presenting it in a way that makes the complex simple;
- Proven track record in building People & Capability teams and integrating effective solutions within large and complex organisations;
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances and priorities.
- Demonstrated experience building awareness on key organizational issues and presenting a relevant solution, guide senior leaders and stakeholders through a collaborative and shared decision- making process.
- Experience working with change management principles, tools, and methodologies;
- Strong influencing skills with an ability to convince others to follow a vision and possess an ability to build and maintain strong, trusting and long-term relationship with others.
Responsibilities:
Centurion is embarking on an exciting organisational change within the People team, and we have a newly created opportunity available for a People & Capability Manager to join us for this next excited step in our national growth.
- Working closely with the EGM to develop and implement best practice people support programs (i.e. redevelop Performance and Development, EVP, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion programs) - taking a project-based approach.
- Consulting with leaders and providing effective HR advice and quality services in relation to workforce planning, employee lifecycle, performance development & management, remuneration & reporting.
- Analysing workforce trends and metrics; and providing relevant advice and business strategies.
- Providing advice, coaching, feedback and support to leaders in order to effectively manage the talent development and performance needs of their teams and ensure a culture reflective of our RIPPA values.
- Providing timely and sound advice and guidance across the Employee Lifecycle, including onboarding, engaging and managing employees, performance improvement, disciplinary processes and formal complaints & grievances.
- Managing investigations and employee complaints ensuring thorough investigation that meet legislative requirements and observe the principles of procedural fairness
- Assisting the EGM, P&C to identify, establish, improve and maintain best practice processes that ensure the organisations ongoing success
