EKIN Wine Co is looking for an experienced and driven National Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team.
EKIN Wine Co was established in 2021 and has quickly gained momentum in the wine industry.
We are a small dedicated team with 60 combined years of viticulture management experience. We are looking to join forces with a likeminded industry expert in releasing a wine range that we build from the vineyard up.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As National Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing a National Sales strategy and use your Marketing experience to take our wines to the trade and consumers.
We are looking for someone who has a very hands on approach to the role, can work autonomously and has a proven track record and established relationships within the trade.
You will need to have a passion for the industry and the ability develop a clear, strategic and long term plan to ensure EKIN’s ongoing success in this competitive market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement tactical sales strategies in line with national objectives.
Development and execution of national marketing strategies and trade led marketing campaigns.
Provide accurate reporting on sales performance, forecast, and implementation effectiveness.
Create and manage key distributor relationships nationally to ensure broad market coverage and sustained revenue growth.
Manage national sales budgets.
Initiate and manage B2B and DTC relationships and social media strategy.
Maintain and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
