Description:

NATIONAL SALES COORDINATOR

Full-Time Position
We are seeking a National Sales Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support to our sales department nationwide. The sales coordinator will assist with administrative tasks, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales efforts and grow within our dynamic organization.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The position requires a minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Experience within the Entertainment, Hospitality, or Sports Industry is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Ticketing system(s) is favored.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships internally and externally.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Verification of the right to work in the United States for Blue Man Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization
  • Able to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
