Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Director, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for our brand. Leading a team of Sales Managers and Surveyors, the successful candidate will drive sales growth, maintain client relationships, and ensure operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in sales strategies, leadership, and team management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales and Surveying team to achieve targets.
  • Support Sales team in driving growth and managing territories effectively.
  • Analyze sales reports and provide feedback to optimize sales plans.
  • Review survey completions to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate Sales Managers to increase market share and revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver sales meetings and presentations for customer reviews.
  • Oversee recruitment and training programs for the sales team.
  • Forecast annual sales budgets and implement price adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies throughout business activities.
