To support the growth and expansion of Gauzy’s architectural business, we are looking for a National Sales Manager to lead projects with top partners in the industry of windows and partitions glazing, and to create new leads and business opportunities in the office design industry in Australia.
This position will enable you to develop your expertise in the expanding industry of windows, partitions, and smart design for offices and to manage key accounts technology projects while working in an entrepreneurial start-up company.
Gauzy’s Architecture Business Unit brings our diverse smart glass products to built environments, redefining how privacy, shading, and digital displays are experienced in the spaces we spend our time most.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years experience managing large office development projects in the office design industry
  • BSc or MSc in interior design/architecture or a similar degree or certification from a previous workplace indicating significant experience in the field - An advantage
  • Experience in the commercial partitions industry
  • Experience in the Smart Glass industry - An advantage
  • Deep understanding of the office design industry and motivation to acquire new leads in that industry and different industries as well
  • You can work under pressure, self-driven, flexible, and a fast learner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must – ability to present project on C-Level

Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business opportunities in India for the office design industry in order to increase demand for switchable glass walls.
  • Generating new projects in the windows and partitions market and increasing the number of customer interactions in that market.
  • Managing customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Developing other segments of potential accounts such as healthcare, premium residential, hospitality, etc.
  • Coordinate between the customer and the Smart Glass glazing partners in India.
  • Ensure project objectives are met and overall execution is successful.
  • Align with the international sales team on leads and opportunities to increase growth in Australia.
