National Sales Manager - Germany
Company Overview: Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as the National Sales Manager for their German Affiliate. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts and oversee business outcomes for the German market.
  • Manage the field service team, including Regional and German Key Account Management, serving as a vital link between the sales force and management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Provide disciplined leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the field service team, both in-person and remotely.
  • Establish and maintain processes for setting and evaluating sales goals, ensuring performance management in the field.
  • Drive strategic account management initiatives within the territory.

Qualifications:

  • Certification according to § 75 AMG
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • At least three years’ leadership experience in a pharmaceutical setting, with a focus on coaching, strategic planning, and implementation.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of employee development, particularly in account management and networking.
  • Fluent in German (native speaker level) with proficient English skills.
