About the role
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen in our management team. The National Service Manager, based in Chipping Norton, NSW, will play a pivotal role in the continued and future success of the Applied Business.
The National Service Manager will predominantly work closely with the General Manager (GM)—Applied Business Solutions and the National Team in developing continuous improvement projects that harness our system, process, and people to deliver quality service.
The manager will also manage and lead a dynamic team across each state in Australia to ensure that service is delivered efficiently and effectively.
About you

Do you possess any of the following attributes?

  • Experience in leading a team to achieve the required goals
  • Previously, I worked in the Trade & Product Service-oriented industry.
  • Previous exposure and experience using Service Max and understanding how to enhance the features to support the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with the Chiller Product range.
  • Adapt to various stakeholders/customers to deliver a personalised and professional service.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, ways to enhance systems to support the team to deliver a service to the clients.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities

The work environment values agility in responding to challenges or opportunities. It values the ability to change direction and pivot to deliver high-quality service. A strong focus on system enhancement is critical, so your IT skills must be second to none, and a comprehensive technical understanding of the chiller range products is essential
