  • system/process/data changes.
  • Take responsibility for the governance and risk management of a number of projects varying in size and content.
  • Effectively manage external consultants and internal stakeholders to achieve a project brief on time and to budgetary expectations.
  • Responsible for project plans across various workstreams, all feeding into a master project program.
  • Providing updates to the Project Manager and Senior Management on workstream and project progress.
  • Putting together the strategy to forward forecast upcoming project milestones and what must be done to achieve them.
  • Able to present in and lead meetings with stakeholders from Senior Management.
  • Take on the role of a subject matter expert to support the wider team.
  • Provide technical and specialist subject matter support to the NSCM Department.
  • Examples of this could include, but will not be limited to:
  • Focus on relationship building and cross functional working to deliver the project aims
  • Focus on analysing mechanised and automation logistics solutions
  • Management of vendors to achieve project budgets, maintain complex business cases and update the business accordingly
