National Training Manager | Rockwear
Our Mission is to empower every woman to feel strong inside and out, to lift each other up and have fun sweating it out. We want to bring high performance activewear into our customers lives that makes them feel and look strong so they can excel in exercise, however they choose to move.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Retail Team to identify and prioritise the training needs of our Team Members.
  • Create tools to overcome performance issues and training gaps within the business.
  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing the predetermined Rockwear annual training calendar.
  • Conduct ongoing one-on-one and group training sessions when required.
  • Plan and create suitable training content with a focus on customer experience, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training through sales statistics, KPIs and team feedback.
  • Seek new approaches to further develop content based on the measurable outcomes and feedback.
  • Proactively seek and analyse feedback through regular team engagement surveys.
  • Ensure all training content is current and regularly updated.
  • Work closely with the Retail Field Team to ensure all new Team Members are inducted into the business in line with Rockwear brand values and culture.
  • Focus on the internal growth of our team by assisting and offering tools to aid in their career succession while maximising team motivation.
  • Ensure the LMS platform and intranet are maintained with up-to-date documentation and training material.
  • Ensure the Rockwear and RAG values and culture are consistently adhered to in all aspects of the role.
